Travis has worked at ParcelQuest since 2006, working closely with customers to solve technical support problems and troubleshoot basic product issues. Travis is directly responsible for maintaining quality control of all incoming data and parcel map updates from the counties, ensuring that the data received is as current and reliable as possible.

Paul Cowdery Director of Sales & Business Development

Paul has more than 25 years of experience in the primary data industry, working with customers to make sense of complex databases and empowering them to deploy that information to make their jobs easier. Paul has been with ParcelQuest since 2003 and works directly with dozens of federal, state, and local government agencies;

Gina Mulligan Director of Training & Published Author

Since 2000, Gina has worked with ParcelQuest to facilitate marketing and training efforts. Gina develops training materials, including training videos and manuals, and conducts extensive product and staff training. Gina has also provided BOE-certified training seminars at county assessor offices throughout California and routinely provides hands-on customer training.

Grant Mulligan Owner & President

Grant has served as president of ParcelQuest since 1995 and is directly responsible for county contracting, county relations, territory and product expansion and daily operations.
