Search by proximity to a parcel or draw a point, line or custom area on the map and find out which parcels are in that area. Unlike a radius search, a buffer search eliminates needless notifications and ensures that all necessary owners are included.

Once you've identified the owners, ParcelQuest helps you notify them. You can export names and addresses for a mail merge and create mailing labels using either the property address or the mailing address.
